Start Up Loans Scheme
Start Up Loans is a UK government backed programme that offers financial, mentoring and support to entrepreneurs looking to start a business in England and Northern Ireland. In 2012, £151 million was made available to the scheme by the government to aid entrepreneurs with a target to start 30,000 new businesses by 2016.
The scheme is administered through a network of “Delivery Partners〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Start Up Loans Delivery Partners Network )〕" across the country, including organisations such as (East London Small Business Centre ), The Prince's Trust, (X-Forces ), BizBritain and Bright Ideas Trust.

The Start Up Loans scheme was created within UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).
